At Blue Sponge Cleaning, we understand that life can get busy and plans sometimes change. We do our best to be flexible and accommodate our clients, in return, we ask for the same courtesy to help us manage our schedule and support our amazing team of cleaners.
🕒 Cancellation Notice
To avoid any cancellation fees, please provide more than 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of the scheduled service are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-show) will be charged 50% of the booked service total.
This policy helps ensure our cleaners are fairly compensated for their time and that we can continue to offer reliable, consistent service to all our clients.
💬 Rescheduling
We’re always happy to reschedule your cleaning — simply contact us at least 24 hours in advance to move your appointment to a new date and time. There are no penalties for rescheduling with sufficient notice.
💳 Payment & Booking

All bookings are confirmed once payment details are securely stored or a deposit is received.

Repeated short-notice cancellations may require prepayment for future services.
